These appointment options will be used where possible to reduce risk:

Phone Appointments

For any questions, concerns, or review of your hearing aids, we are dedicating time for phone appointments. We also have resources available that include instruction sheets, and videos to help guide you through the steps of cleaning your hearing aids or performing trouble shooting at home that can be sent to you.

Face-to-Face Video Calls

We are excited to offer the ability to provide live video appointments using a secure video platform. This will allow you to continue to receive a high level of service in the comfort of your home. These services include:

  • Counseling on hearing test results
  • Hearing Aid Evaluation Appointments
  • Follow-up appointments for current hearing aid users
  • Instruction on cleaning and daily maintenance review of your hearing aids

As long as you have an internet connection, and screen (computer, smartphone, tablet) live chat appointments are possible! Contact us to book an appointment. Once your appointment has been booked, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to the secure video chat for the scheduled date and time.

Remote Assistance

For most of our patients who are currently wearing hearing aids, we have the ability make fine-tuning changes to your hearing aids remotely. This would be possible through the mobile app for your hearing aid that was setup in the clinic during your appointments, or can be easily done at home on your own.

As we operate to ensure we are complying with social distancing requirements, we will be able to provide hearing screenings using counter/curb-side and other methods to minimize physical contact. Following this assessment, patients will have the choice to continue with counseling, service and treatment in person, or this can be completed at home via phone or a secure video platform. Our goal is to continue to provide high levels of service while ensuring patients feel comfortable and safe throughout the process
